What is your return policy for discounted or sale items?

All sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds on sale items. If you have questions about a sale item in regards to sizing, please email aloha@xixpalms.com BEFORE you purchase it. 


What is your return policy?

We accept returns on new, unworn items with original tags attached and non-sale items. We will not accept items that appear used or worn. You have 7 days from receiving your order to initiate your return and postmark it back in the mail. Returns can be processed using the link provided on our return policy page.


Do you provide return labels?

U.S. customers can generate return labels when submitting their return requests. The cost of the label will be deducted from your return. Unfortunately, we cannot generate return labels for international customers. International customers, please email aloha@xixpalms.com.


Can I exchange?

Please email aloha@xixpalms.com to make sure we have the item in stock. 


When will my return be processed?

We do our best to process your return within 3 business days of receipt. We will send you a verification of the refund for your records. However, some financial institutions take 5-10 business days to process your refund so depending on your bank, you might not see the refund immediately. 


How do I care for my XIX pieces?

Our garments are made from the softest rayons. Each garment is unique, and should be handled with the utmost care. Please treat our garments gently and hand-wash in cold water. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR TUMBLE DRY. Please keep in mind that the rayon texture will contract when damp, and may appear slightly smaller after washing. A warm garment steamer will relax the fabric after washing, returning the garment to its original size and softness!
