Return Policy


Here is our refund policy in case your order doesn't fit or you had a little too much wine last night, went online shopping, and are now regretting your purchase:

  • We accept Returns on New, unworn items
  • Items must have original tags and packaging
  • We will NOT accept items that appear used or worn 
  • Return Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your shipment and items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving 
  • Customers are responsible for the return's shipping costs
  • ALL Sale items are eligible for Exchanges or Store Credit Only - NO EXCEPTIONS (note that the First Time Customer 10% off Coupon is not considered a sale purchase and is eligible for a refund if returned)  
  • Items discounted over 60% off are FINAL SALE. 
  • Purchase Prices are agreed upon on the day of purchase.  If an item goes on sale at a latter date, we cannot retroactively adjust the price
  • We will do our best to process your return in a timely manner, but please be patient.  Some banks take 5-10 business days to process your return.  So depending on your bank, you might not see the refund immediately.  We will send you a verification of the refund for your records.
To request a return, please email orders@xixpalms.com with the following details:
  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for return
Once you’ve emailed us, ship the product(s) using a trackable shipping method and please include your order number or a copy of the original invoice in your package.  Ship the return to:
