- We accept returns on new, unworn items
- Item(s) must have original tags attached and in their original packaging
- We will NOT accept items that appear used or worn
- Return Requests (including defective items) must be made within 7 days of receiving your shipment and items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- ALL Sale items are eligible for Exchanges or Store Credit Only. Anything combined with a promotion is eligible for store credit only (note that the First Time Customer 10% off Coupon is not considered a sale purchase and is eligible for a refund if returned)
- Items discounted over 50% off are FINAL SALE.
- 10% off first time buyer coupon code cannot be used on flash sale or major sale purchases.
- Purchase Prices are agreed upon on the day of purchase. If an item goes on sale at a latter date, we cannot retroactively adjust the price.
- We will do our best to process your return in a timely manner, but please be patient. Some banks take 5-10 business days to process your return. So depending on your bank, you might not see the refund immediately. We will send you a verification of the refund for your records.

- Reason for return
Once you’ve emailed us, we will respond with a Return Authorization Slip that must be included in your return package.
